Samsung Q990D unresponsive after 1020 firmware update

Since the update, the soundbar is unresponsive and can't be reset.   Seems like quite a few people with the issue

    That’s 3 in like a week. HP printers, Google with chromecasts / audio, and now this.

    This shit is feeling like it’s on purpose.

    I have a mid-range Samsung TV and it is garbage. Their tech support is even worse. I would never buy anything from them again. This is not a bit surprising
