    EFF is barking up the wrong tree here. Who cares about the AI “industry”? It’s already prohibitively expensive to enter without bucketloads of VC money

    Maybe this bill is a way to harm anybody thinking of using Deepseek FOSS models to make a buck? Oh well 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’ll happily watch OpenAI lose even more money complying with this legislation.
