23andMe has confirmed to BleepingComputer that it is aware of user data from its platform circulating on hacker forums and attributes the leak to a credential-stuffing attack.

    I told my sister literally this would happen. Pissed at myself for caving and spitting in that tube just so she could see both sides of the family tree.

      And the exciting revelation? Dad’s side is Irish and Mom’s side is English. We buy sunscreen in 5 gallon buckets; this is not news to anyone.
