I know this is a dumb question because we all know the answer to it.

I just feel like it’s kind of a mental illness at this point, people foaming at the mouth in outrage over a meme or being a trump supporter or liking the color green.

The reason why I get confused as to why people are like this nowadays, is because I’m coming from an open minded, understanding, laid back but also no bullshit perspective.

Like I understand that certain groups of people face specific challenges that others don’t. But at the same time, I feel like people need to understand that everyone has different values, we’re brought up differently, or believe different things.

And just because they hold different beliefs doesn’t make them a bigot.

I’ll give you an example as to why this annoys me.

LGBTQIA Individuals for the most part, and from what I’ve seen, despise religion and Christianity. They think it’s brain wash and so forth. And generally hate Christians because obviously Christians find their lifestyle 'sinful ’

My point is, this isn’t the 1800’s. Even though some people are religious doesn’t mean they fucking hate you. That’s like me saying every gay person is fucking annoying. (Bc of the propaganda being forced down our throats)

I have family members who are Christians and I have faith in God also but I consider myself agnostic. They are accepting, it’s not a big fucking deal. We DON’T CARE IF YOU ARE GAY.

We still consider your a person who should be treated with respect. For most Christians, that’s What Jesus would do.

I know that sounds fucking silly. But it’s true. OBVIOUSLY there are some religious ppl who are by the book, but this is 20fucking23.

The left always fucking says shit like ’ societal norms are changing to be more accepting ’

So why fuck aren’t they applying that when it comes to this?

Huh…I don’t fucking know dude

As a Christian, I agree. God did teach to love others no matter what and to help and uplift them. I have several gays friends and they are some of the most laid back people.

This point you made is very true, i used to give my gay manager rides home after work all the time. He was a good dude and very cool and relaxed, even when i asked him why he chose to be gay
