Chynah does it by… forcing people to learn the skills for factory work and pushing them through the “proper” Chinese education system instead of the “oh they’re a minority region they can teach whatever” education system.

I, for one, am horrified that China would do such a thing. Xinjiang should remain an undereducated and underdeveloped backwater to avoid infringing on my freedoms.
