Israel propaganda is flying like crazy right now, I don’t think anything from Ukraine even came close to this. They are all over the internet regurgitating their bullshit and saying it’s now “100% confirmed” that the IDF didn’t do it and that it was Hamas. And obviously any dissent is being suppressed. Oh yes and now the death count must be inflated because it wouldn’t make any sense at for a hospital to house hundreds of incredibly frail and vulnerable people!

It’s genuinely terrifying seeing how easily people accepted Israel’s bullshit. It feels like everyone just turned off the critical thinking part of their brains

My personal experience was that the beginning of the Ukraine war was much worse. Zelensky was literally advocating policies that would lead to WW3 and the US media was completely uncritical in relaying Ukraine propaganda at first. Social media detractors were clamped down and fewer in number too. Communist groups were almost the only voices of dissent (the Ireland response was better than most though). Switzerland departed from it’s policy of “neutrality”. While still almost exclusively pro-apartheid the response to Israel has had far more detractors. There are many protests in support of Palestine across Europe and the US. This is just my experience so I may be forgetting things or be in a different media bubble.
