It’s Vladimir Kush! I used to love to go his gallery on Maui back when I lived there. Unfortunately I’m pretty sure it burned down in the Lahaina fires. I actually got the chance to meet him once.
This is actually the first time I’ve seen his work out in the wild! How fun. :)
They art style is distinctive to a painter who drew surreal artworks but his name has escaped me
