Why do people dislike him here? Apart from the boomer shit that StalinwasaGryffindor mentioned, from his podcast appearances the only thing I’ve taken pause at was him being critical of BDS. But I’ve yet to hear what his alternative to BDS is and he otherwise seems sincere in his Palestine activism. I get Zionists hating him but outside of r/trueanon left spaces seem to be more sceptical than supportive of him.

Forget which podcast this was on, was it the Adam Friedland show episode maybe? Also he’ll go on anyone that’ll have him at this point, so a lot of right-wing things. Also used to be a Maoist but was disillusioned by the Dengist turn in the '70s so what his current, actual politics isn’t super defined.

I also forgot how bad the anti-woke brainworms are. He has interesting stuff to say on so many topics but yeah, no excuse for that stuff. At least with Norm you can tell whatever he says he legitimately believes which is something at least. I also don’t think he’s a mean spirited person at all which makes the anti-woke stuff that much more confusing.
