Obviously I am referring to the strikebreaking, even if they are happy with their compensation they should stand down in solidarity with their colleagues. Particularly in a country with such a history of labor solidarity.
All this does is diminish the power of their CBAs, and once they are broken the ownership class will cut down the wages and benefits, extend hours, burden individual high performers with the workload of a whole department.
