I’ve heard that Raw (sheng) pu-erh, green and sometimes oolong teas are good for hot weather.

Is it true?

Do you have any recommendations or preferences on that?

Tbh any warm drink is good. There’s some weird physics stuff going on but it seems that warm drinks help in the long run

Maghreb mint green tea is great. you rince the green tea leaves with boiling water to get rid of the bitterness. Then, pour the boiling water in the teapot in which there is the tea and the mint. It helps regulate the temperature. So its nice in hot days as well as cold days.

Edit : I can’t believe I forgot about sugar. Sugar is actually an ingredient not just a sweetner. Forgeting it is like forgeting mint or water ! 1,5 piece of sugar for every small maghreb tee glass would be a classic a reasonable amont.
