An OT win from the Wolves against a top team is cathartic in a way I can’t adequately express. Ant stepping up. Gobert coming back to form. Jaden living up to the hype.

I know a lot of people are down on KAT at the moment, but for the vast majoriity of his career he was an extremely consistent, and efficient scorer. If he can at least find that groove again the Wolves are going to be on another level.

At the very least, a return to form for him will increase his value, as we’re going to need to make some hard roster choices eventually due to the new salary rules.

For me, this is the best feeling early season win since the two OT game against Philly two years ago. Interestingly, KAT fouled out of that game too. He’s definitely been struggling a bit this year, but he never really had a chance to find his rhythm in this game due to the foul trouble (which was partly his fault and partly BS). His game against Denver wasn’t terrible and he played well against Utah. I really think he’ll come around. Like you said, he’s been extremely consistent throughout his career.

But right now I’m just enjoying this win. This team is really looking legit.
