    I tried it once and hated it, which was disappointing given how much I love this show and how high my expectations for sherry were

    I’ve only tried the cheap dry sherry I cook with, and that was horrible! But watching Frasier all these years, I always wondered if I’d like a “quality” sherry.

    It’s basically cheap wine with a bunch of salt added. It has a few niche uses around the kitchen, and drinking it is exactly as pleasant as it sounds like it’d be.

      I am a philistine who will never be invited to the wine club, because I only use 2 buck chuck for cooking and it tastes better than the top shelf stuff. Look away and leave me in my shame.
