    Does anyone actually use the term “birthing person” or are they just fighting against windmills here

      It’s a term that’s been used by Healthcare advocates when talking specifically about prenatal care and abortion. It’s because it’s a, ya know, valuable term when women as a group includes those who can’t become pregnant and it also doesn’t include everyone who could become pregnant (transmen).

      And it’s specifically NOT a term to replace women. It’s a different group entirely.
