I’ve actually gotten much better about hangovers, because I’m so conscious now about drinking water - I DOWN water while drinking more than one and it usually works out for me the next morning
Yeah, I am nearing 30 and normally I am still completely fine the next day because every 3rd drink is either water or some fruit juice stuff. Works great.

Same here. I’ve managed a lot better since switching to using water as a mixer instead of something like soda.
Two days physical hangover and half week of emotional one. Luckily I’m back to normal for the next weekend lol
The hangover is just you being dried up on top of poisoned. Just drink a water inbetween and saltwater/soup after.

Everyone here giving their hangover tips. I drank 2 BEERS from a six pack last night along with a large cup of electrolyte water and a full belly. I woke up nauseous and have carried a headache all day.
pro tip: drink a water every now and then during drinking.
