Wait, Hyprland can be not a tiling window manager? I might have to give it another shot.
(Although the search continues for a single Wayland compositor that plays nice with Waydroid)
It’s still tiling by default, but you can press mod + v to put a window in floating mode, so you can resize them and move them around
