I really only use a Win10 VM for games and Adobe software plus one piece of work software. I think whether your overall point is valid or not depends on what you need Linux for and how much you still depend on Windows apps. To be honest the nicest piece of software available on Windows and not other apps is Nvidia Broadcast. You could use OBS to get your blurred background on Discord but that’s really too much work.
