Is there a condition where your ears grow inside out and become megaphones that blare circus music?

Problem is anyone with any capacity to hear this has been listening since 2016, and everyone else is… well deaf doesn’t really cover it. Is there a condition where your ears grow inside out and become megaphones that blare circus music?
