All settings get reverted to default without warning or apparent reason.This appears to happen after a reboot, but not every reboot. Based on other posts I’ve seen, this has been an on going issue for at least 2 years (example: https://gitlab.com/CalcProgrammer1/OpenRGB/-/issues/1867)
My only fix is to keep a backup of the settings file (OpenRGB.json) and restore that each time the problem occurs, but it is a very irritating problem.
Have recently reinstalled OS, apps, etc. Windows, and rivers are all up to date.
PC Specs and RGB devices:
- AMD Ryzen 3700X
- ASUS Strix X570-F Gaming mobo
- Corsair Vengeance RGB RT 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 3600MHz C16
- 2 x Addressable RGB strips controlled from the mobo
- Glorious O Wireless mouse
- EPOMAKER TH88 Keyboard
