      Garlic confit is the shit.

      Add a whole clove to a bowl and cover with olive oil, bake at 250 for a while and the garlic turns into basically a butter spread.

      Roasted garlic can be pretty nice though. I wouldn’t just eat it on it’s own though, it’s good as part of a meal.
