I’m surprised to see most players being at MR L3 rather than MR 30. I personally haven’t seen much of a need to push further than that.
L4 will be the first rank that, at the newest update drop, will separate K-drive hating L3s from newly minted L4s.
As of now, you can make the top rank without ever leveling a K-drive, but with WitW, I don’t think that will be true.
