    I used to do locksmithing work for the Mormon churches in my area (through a property management company). One thing I learned, is they own whole subdivisions of homes (100s of houses), for their members. Typically wherever the church is. They also act as a kind of HOA for those subdivisions. Always thought that was kind of odd…

      Makes sense for an institution that exercises excessive control over their members.

      At least some of them exploit loopholes like soaking.
