Poor diet, stress, smoking and obesity are known factors impairing sperm health, but they don’t paint the entire picture
If these things impact the health of sperm before conception, imagine how they impact the health of embryos and fetuses, as well as new borns. We are creating an environment soon unsuitable for for human life from these things, and our government wants to argue about what bathrooms people should be using.
Perfect. Im doing my part by killing the health of my sperm. I will continue to do so.
Less people os a great thing for us all!
It’s a bad thing economically. It increases the burden on a smaller population of working age people to support a bigger population of retired people.
And? It gets over. You can’t justify making more people when more people are literally the problem in itself.
I think the opposite is true. The world being a dumpster fire is making people not to want to start families and population decline globally is the cause of many issues.
Bro what? What problem is caused by declining birthrates? If you don’t have enough workers (wich i doubt) then either raise the fucking pay or get rid of unnecessary possessions that nobody actually needs.
And all other problems; climate change, wars, decline in resources, plastic everywhere… Are caused by to many people.
There are plenty of issues. From economical to non-economical. One big misconception is that shrinking population decreases the use of resources, while some studies showed the opposite is true.
And yes, there are definite issues with overpopulation, but going to the other extreme is not a solution, just another bad decision waiting to happen from people that have no expertise in that area.
There is an interesting conference on the topic that had experts looking at positive and negative aspects of depopulation. You can check it out here.
