    At first, thirst traps were used merely for internet engagement. Soon, the idea emerged of using thirst traps to promote genocide.

      even better, they’re taking advantage of Neville Goddard’s “by-product method” of suggesting “I’ll have to come back in a bikini” => imagine me in a bikini implying my side won and I’m still alive to enjoy this blood-soaked beach we pried from those “bad guys.”

      Edit, pretty easy propaganda to reverse though. I bet her corpse would look pretty good floating in the water when the conflict is resolved in a way that doesn’t promote genocide and colonialism. But I’ll leave that to whoever to decide whether they want to imagine that or not.
