If you haven’t already done so, flip the roll over so that the end comes out underneath the roll.

You’ll have to deal with people complaining that you’re putting the roll on wrong, but it usually is enough to keep a cat from unrolling it.

Play more with her. There are a lot of toys. We have 4 ladies here, all have there own interests, so we have a basket of toys where they can pick what they like. (and it’s at the attic, the youngest dog will shred those toys)

One is totally into mice on a fishing rod. We have one at the toilet (no chance to go there with the door closed) and whe fetches the mouse indicating that I need to get the rod and play with her.

With all the toy options they have, including at least 2 scratching posts on the 2 main floors, they leave the toilet paper alone. (but we don’t have to leave anything round on the table, as it’ll end up on the floor in no-time and when edible, in the dog mere seconds when she’s in the room ;) )

Cat entertainment can be hard to come by, obviously you need to buy extra (store brand) toilet paper.

Pretty sure she just enjoys that ‘punishment’. I’d just buy a cat resistant TP holder
