    They’re usually my first port of call. This time I was organising click and collect with them for some Snorlax merch because I knew they wouldn’t likely deliver it to me on time. They first said the items were in store and then had to tell me they were mistaken and they aren’t, so their policy is to then priority freight it to me, but even that’s scheduled to arrive after Christmas, hence my predicament. A rare problem for me with them, as I usually find they’re great with anything I need.
