Technicaly all android phones are linux phones. If u want free as in freedom then maybe graphene os is a good option. I bwwn running it as my daily driver for a while now can have all my foss apps and the proprietary ones i need get nicly sandboxed. U can do all sorta of things via termux if ya need a terminal
