The best and most efficient way to farm Insight and Resonate materials for your characters! What are the best stages and should you craft them instead?

I found a material farming guide. How do you choose the level to farma material? It this good or do you have a better souce?

    I just ask because i always choose random and sometimes doesn’t feel that efficient.
