They’re really excited about AI.
The fact that last years buzzword they focused on was blockchain and now they moved to AI a year later is hilarious.
Give them a break. They’re trying to fit in.
Well to any large company, main activity/product X is only an annoying thing they have to deal with. Their true product is share value, just like their true customers are the stock holders.

Essentially the same thing, as pretty much no business gets very large without that, but an important distinction.
That’s why Valve doesn’t completely suck yet.

Privately held companies aren’t “better” due to some natural rule. They can be just as greedy, it all comes down to the leadership and their goals.
Time to get all that FFXIV money and waste it on the new buzzword that they can’t capitalize on.
