Only time & playtesting will tell but… the static seems great (with build-around, but it’s build-around that current decks already have, like Tenacious Underdog).

Lolth needs her static just to tick up. Yes, in an aristocrats deck she can tick up quickly. Unlike Lolth, Ashiok can tick down twice in a vacuum, and then tick up (growing the pets) and then tick down some more.

But reach is great. I shouldn’t’ve said strictly better. Just that they overall seem a li’l bit better.
