It’s so stupid though. Look at the players today compared to the old days. They are bigger, faster, and more skilled. The games are MUCH harder and the small mistakes that can turn a game from a victory to a loss as so small, it’s crazy. So OF COURSE teams are going to do absolutely everything to give their players an edge, which god forbid would include keeping them from panicking and fucking up a play by having a mental coach on staff
