I’m male cis-bi but never had the chance to actually do anything with dudes.
I took the plunge a few months ago. I’m very glad I did.
Of course, from a sexual point of view, there are new things to discover. But the experience goes far beyond that.
I find the sensuality between men very different, whether in the sense of touch or in the way they embrace.
And on a more intellectual level, being with a man challenges the script of the normalized heterosexual sexual relationship. And since you have to reinvent yourself with a guy, it’s an opportunity to do so in your hetero relationships too.
In short, if you’ve got the desire and the opportunity, don’t hesitate!

If you’re already in a monogamous LTR I do not know how to approach it, especially if you’re not out to your partner. However, you should be your full self, and even if it’s just fun, it’s fun and a new experience :-)
