Lmao the player character and the environment have a completely clashing art style to the monsters.

Why can’t anyone make a decent monster collecting/battling game? The closest one to being good that I’ve played is Cassette Beasts. It shouldn’t be this hard.

My only problems with Cassette Beasts were purely my own subjective nitpicks. I wasn’t a fan of the fusions, (I didn’t like how most of them looked), and I found the vocals in the music grating (but you can turn the vocals off, and the music itself is fantastic).

Loved the battle system and the characters. Eugine rules and making the evil team landlords was hilarious. Fun game over all. Also, Skip is enby goals.

I had no idea Ni No Kuni was a monster raising game! I’ve had it sitting on my computer and never got around to playing it, I’m totally going to check it out now.
