Power Reaper is almost ridiculously strong in Open World. I still think Necromancers kinda earned the right to have such a strong build. I played a Necromancer “Main” (I’m an Altoholic) from launch and I still remember the days when Necromancers where kicked from Dungeon Groups, because they were considered to be dead weight.
