I would like to buy some Linux merch, but I don’t want to just buy it from some generic supplier – I would like for all of the proceeds to be used to support open source, or tech related foundations (Linux Foundation, FSF, KDE, GNOME, etc.). I woud also appreciate it if the merch supplier didn’t just blindly donate, but sent proceeds intelligently – where they are needed most, and where they will be put to the greatest amount of work.

You BUY MacOS or WhenBlows, but Linux is generally free to download. You can buy support from some vendors such as Ubuntu, Redhat, Mandriva, and Manjaro, but in all cases I am aware of, Linux itself is free.

Ha, I think you may have misinterpereted the grammar in the title. I am looking for merch for both Linux and other open source projects. It wasn’t written with the intent that “Linux” and “open source related merch” were to be interpereted as two separate topics; “Linux”, and “open source” are two elements in a list that has the qualifier that they both be the target of the merch that I am interested in. I will reword the title to be clearer.

@Kalcifer You worded your title, "What’s a good store to buy Linux, OR… so this suggests you’re looking to buy Linux OR in general open source related merch. I just addressed the first portion, you might be able to buy related merch.

so this suggests you’re looking to buy Linux OR in general open source related merch

I’m not sure that it suggests that, but I do agree that it was mildly ambiguous in its intent.
