And since that’s a belief there are politicians that want to make it happen so they can get votes and stay in power.

What’s the point of removing the requirements for training, for licensing?
Certain people believe the only way to follow the second amendment is to allow Constitutional Carry, aka no restrictions. And since that’s a belief there are politicians that want to make it happen so they can get votes and stay in power.
The second amendement, the one that deals with well regulated militias?
Yes, that one. Which doesn’t seem very relevant in a country with a standing military.
