Saying “it’s happening” is a common meme reply. It means nothing
Saying Xbox games are coming to Playstation just means that, at minimum, future COD and Minecraft games are still coming to Playstation. Which means basically nothing.
If xbox exclusives actually did come to playstation and vise versa, that’d be amazing. We’d almost see the end of the console wars as it wouldn’t matter what system you have for all the important game releases.
Console exclusivity is the dumbest thing. They’re shouldn’t be consoles, just various form factors of PCs that can play games from any publisher.
