    No more than three cash bonds maybe posted per year by any individual, corporation, organization, charity, nonprofit corporation, or group in any jurisdiction

    So this bill kills bondsman in general , not charities paying for people’s bond. Also seems really easy to get around, it’s like $50 to spin up an LLC.
