For me its Everything, makes finding files extremely fast and easier than with Windows Explorer

Notepad++. Tons of features, macro capabilities, plenty of useful plugins. Its a great all around multi tool interface for file editing.
Obsidian. I’ve been looking for a way to write and search notes as text files for years and it’s exactly what I needed.
