How is this a conversation in 2024? You’d think it would’ve been an EU law by now.
EU doesn’t have that kind of power, it’s mostly a trade alliance not a type of federal government.
But they could rule in terms of Poland and no gay zones? Is that really that different?
Those were terms for financial aid. The EU can stop giving countries financial aid but they can’t make laws outside of trade related ones.
In most countries, it requires constitutional changes to update family definitions.
