ROH is at 7pm ET/6pm CT, TNA 8pm ET/7pm CT (as long as neither of tonight’s shows have a different-than-normal time compared to last week). So ROH’s 2nd hour overlaps with TNA’s first.

Edit: Tonight’s TNA also looks to be a “Best of 2024” deal (and the rest of the year will probably be similar if I had to guess) so ROH has a show tonight and TNA kinda does.
