Some details make me think this is AI generated (e.g: the chain on the collar, the almost-text tattoo). Please read the rules of the community before posting. There are communities dedicated to AI genetated pictures.
The 2 bumps on the elbow are anatomically correct. Take a close look at your own elbow in a similar position. It’s more visible on a person with skinny arms, which is a case for this subject.
