Whichever one you pick, you’ll be learning plenty of lessons that apply in both places. Java and C# have incredibly similar design philosophy, terminology, etc. Both have plenty of jobs available. I’d worry slightly less about choosing based on min-maxing employment opportunities and more toward what feels better and inspires you more.
What bothers me with the Fallout show, is that on the surface it looks like a capitalist critique. It is partly, but it does so in a very anti-materialist comical way that ultimately you can easily discard as fiction.
Vault tec intentionally nuke the planet. Not to secure resources, not to end a war, not even for some vague political end that accidently goes wrong. They nuke the planet so they can deliberately live underground for hundreds of years in a cramped-ass vault.
You could almost convince me this secret society of corporate interests were legitimately talking out of both sides of their mouth to each other if it wasn’t for the nuke the planet scheme. They simultaneously think competition is good, and also bad and need to end it permanently?
For the B version:
I personally think it’s good to strive for that ideal, possible or not. The closer the better. I would agree the communism ultimately gets closer to that end given the material conditions, but those folks aren’t even close to your enemy.
Probably once every two weeks as a baseline, but I’m pretty sure you can be perfectly healthy going weekly. It’s mostly just keeping yourself in check for being dependant and not building a habit around it. If you start to notice that in yourself, back off some you know?
Once a month is a little restrictive imo. I’d only start being concerned if it was a weekly habit.
I’ve been holding onto some direct registered shares because it’s just plausible enough of a theory that some capitalists were trying to profit off of shorting Gamestop into bankruptcy, and still have short positions outstanding trying to convince the public otherwise.
Idk man, the numbers havent really been increasing much since most of the governing entities and hospitals have been eviscerated. Meaning, just because the dead aren’t getting counted doesn’t mean they aren’t still dying. It’s certainly an undercount, but hard to say exactly by how much.
