    Just wanted to point out, homicidal fantasies are relatively common among the mentally ill, and it’s one of the things we just don’t talk about because of the stigma, because people react this way when you mention it to them. I glanced over the first couple paragraphs, and he repeatedly states that he is on medication right now, is not actually planning to murder anyone, and understands why he should not act on the impulsive thoughts.

    I’d have to look at it more closely, but a mentally ill person talking about a symptom of a mental illness, on its own, doesn’t feel like it merits a block. It feels like a mentally ill person talking candidly about what it’s like to have that mental illness.
