Our city sub never really had those kinds of issues, drama to be sure from time to time, but for the most part it was just a great place to learn what events were happening that weekend. Or get inside info on something that happened in the news, etc. I have checked in on it a couple times since deleting my Reddit accounts, but it’s not the same and feels off since joining lemmy.

Literally the only thing I miss about Reddit is my city sub.

Worked for my wife. She quit and found a job that was fully work from home that paid 3x what she was making. The company she left shut down and filed for bankruptcy last year. Last I heard, her old boss was working at Walmart as a cashier.

I deleted 2 Reddit account with over 10M combined karma during the shit show last year. Have never gone back. Lemmy is a million times better, even if I’m missing some of my local communities.

Working fine for me.

Wife and I have really been enjoying The Planet Crafter. There is no PVP or fighting enemies, it’s all about surviving on a harsh planet, and terraforming it.
