I’d rejoice, but I’ll believe it when I see it happening consistently. I want smaller, denser, and richer worlds. Not giant, sprawling, and barren. It doesn’t add anything to a game for me if I have to walk or drive 10 minutes to get to my next location and it’s just empty in between.
I don’t think there would be anything harmful if you tried, but it might just flat out not work. My understanding is that the kernels that end up not popping probably just aren’t able to. There’s a certain amount of moisture that needs to be inside the kernels in order for them to pop. If that moisture level isn’t right then it won’t go off. So the fact that they didn’t already pop, probably means they can’t.
So just throwing this out as a possibility. Depending on the type of handle you buy, it’s very possible to put the blade housing together incorrectly when you load a blade in. I actually did that myself when I first switched and couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t shaving well. I looked up an online tutorial and immediately realized what I did wrong. Depending on your facial hair, you might have to take an extra pass or two with a safety razor. It is a bit slower of a process. I have to shave against the grain to get close no matter what type of razor I use.

Not the OP but I have read the book. It’s very unique and the story is told in some pretty strange ways. Parts are written backwards, in code, in the margin of the pages, etc. I think it’s a great experience and I’m glad to see it on that table. I’ve never read anything else like it.

A lot of supernatural horror I think have low body counts. Like The Shining I believe has 2? Despite a hallway filled with blood, there are very limited people in the movie that aren’t ghosts. Same with Paranormal activity. Movies about atmosphere and build up. It’s been a bit since I’ve seen all of the paranormal activity movies so I can say for sure that the first movie is almost none and I believe the second movie is similar.
I want to understand this as well. It’s the same type of people that are susceptible to other types of scams I think. Like thinking you’re dating a celebrity and you’re the only person they can turn to for financial help. So I sent my retirement funds to Pamela Anderson. We’ll move in together soon, she promised a bunch of times. She just needs a little more money and she’ll pay it all back plus the investments she’s been doing for me. So I guess people that want to believe so badly that there’s a super easy way to get unlimited money that all critical thinking just gets tossed out.
I have one. It has been a long time since it has seen use though. My collection of horror movies are DVDs and a handful of Blu-ray.
I have left some older systems on for extended periods a few times because I was either somewhere I couldn’t save and didn’t want to lose a bunch of progress, or games that didn’t have save capabilities and I had to stop playing for some reason. Other than that, they always were and still do get turned off.

I watched his video doing a walkthrough of the damage yesterday. It’s really sad. Not just his collection of all this stuff that he is so passionate about, but his whole house. So much damage caused by nature. I hope he’s able to get things back to semi-normal soon.
