This looks so good. Hope there’s a demo
I make things with computers. Preferably artsy things, but I also like to work on random scripts and pipelines. I like D&D & video games, but don’t always have time to play them. I like pet chicken. I watch soccer, especially NWSL & USWNT, as well as some WSL and whatever happens to be on.
This looks so good. Hope there’s a demo
Tactical beach wizard. Wish it were multi player, but enjoyed it a lot either way.
“WE got you more Time!” One of the worst things to hear. You’ve already blown through the budget with all the delays and changes. And you have to pick up a few additional shots from that studio they hired on the very cheap, because they don’t match the rest of the film.
I wish it had co-op play
I once took over an app that worked like this. Access to one thing? Access to everything! And they had a hard coded admin password in the server code. 🤦 The client wasn’t happy when I proposed a complete rewrite. Eventually my manager begged me to stop working with them, so we did.
I like how the code adds a 0 at the start.
I guess I’m a shit landlord, because I’m still charging the same as 5 years ago.
Omg, did you just invent MicroAI’s? I love it. Huge potential.
I guess I’m not sure how others build with micro services, but using AWS SAM is stupid simple, and the only maintenance we’ve ever had to do is update a Node version. 🤷
Just tried this with my kids. I got broccoli and tomato. I didn’t look cool at all.
This is really easy to test in fairly small social groups. The next time you’re in a group ordering pizza, say you want cheese, because you don’t eat meat. Now watch everyone else order, or change their order to, double meat supreme with bacon. It’s almost like they can’t help themselves. It’s hilarious how easy you can change other people’s behavior.
Loophole: any time insurance agents show up to assess the situation, shot them.
This was The Emoji Movie for my kids. I refused to watch it because of obvious reasons, but they insisted and totally liked it. I finally gave it a watch and… It was totally fine. Pleasant at times, even.
We LOVED this film, and even convinced our local cinema to have a sing along one night.
The first time we watched it we had to leave the cinema early due to a tornado warning. But we were so pleasantly surprised by what we saw (expected trash after those awful trailers) that we went again. And then again.
I read this to my kids a few years ago, and while super weird, it’s also super racist, in the “Chinese say ching chong, haha” kind of way, and it does it with just about any race, culture, and stereotype you can think of (since they take over a space station and it becomes an international incident).
Closeup picture of one of our hens. They have such cool patterns and colors.
Back in the day I was always impressed with Tekken’s graphics, but it never felt as good as Virtua Fighter. I think VF made even better use of 3d space, and also added interesting environment interactions. So thats where all my quarters went.
I mean, that’s what you get for buying the cheaper phone! Except I got the 7 Pro, and it feels like it was abandoned as soon as the 8 was announced. As soon as I read that I wasn’t getting functionality that was clearly cloud functionality, I realized that Google stopped giving 2 shits about existing users that don’t immediately upgrade to the latest phone. Also it sucked at making phone calls, so that was the last Pixel phone for me.
Galaxy S24 Ultra. I got really pissed off at the Pixel 7 Pro and bought this on a (very costly) whim. But this is the first phone I really like since the Note 9. The screen is gorgeous. The software is better than stock android on the Pixel. And it can actually make phone calls!

The demo is short, but it plays well on deck.
