Stattdessen müsste das Ziel sein, für Eltern die Arbeitslast so zu reduzieren, dass sie bequem auf ihre Kinder aufpassen können, ohne dass dadurch Karrierenachteile entstehen. Früher war es auch möglich, dass ein Mann mit seinem Verdienst die Familie ernährt, dann sollten heute Mann und Frau das mit halbem Einkommen schaffen.
