Why is anything vaguely anti-CCP immediately spun to include the US? I’m neither chinese or american before anyone jumps to that conclusion.

The problem is that this kind of approach doesn’t solve or work towards improving anything. Mysogynists are just going to double down if they’re treated this way, even if an art exhibit is miniscule compared to the other issues.
It’s the same as how incels are pushed further into extremism after all other groups exclude and push them away. Those people are looking for a community and a place to fit in, and if the only place that will take them is awful and negative they’ll settle there and radicalise. The goal should be to open a constructive discussion and change minds, not just throw more stuff onto the fire.
Most of the DPS classes feel like that honestly, but some have more freeform ability usage and the tanks/healers are more about preparing for or reacting to specific things. Astrologian especially is the kind of job you’ll be adapting to a lot moment to moment since the card mechanic can’t be controlled.
There were always tons of people spamming wholesome rewards on completely inappropriate posts about self harm or trauma too. I’m surprised there’s so much backlash for removing them.
For AAA games, maybe. Indies will keep on ticking as usual.
You think this would harm the instance more than federating with antivaxxer conspiracy theorists? We don’t need that kind of hateful content here, and Meta would absolutely bring it with them. Hostile political stuff about trans hate, anti abortion rubbish, we don’t need that. Meta would also massively outnumber everything else so that kind of content would end up flooding every aspect of the fediverse if allowed. Not to mention the privacy concerns.
If this instance is connected with Threads in any way then I’m out. If I wanted to use Meta’s services I’d be on Facebook, not here. Meta has shown time and time again that they have no morals and will do anything for more money and data.
If they do it this way, they can sell a 60fps version for full price in a couple of years.
I don’t think Bloodborne should have any kind of direct sequel/prequel. A spiritual successor would be alright, but a big part of Souls games is exploring an alien-feeling world and slowly piecing together the background. We already know too much about the lovecraftian background stuff for it to have the same effect a second time. Miyazaki prefers to create fresh worlds each time too, and instead add references.
I’ve been playing more Wild Hearts with friends. My personal goal is to beat all of the deeply volatile monsters (endgame challenge fights) with all weapons, which means making a build for each of the 8 weapons from scratch. Aside from the performance issues some players are having, it’s genuinely a very fun game and there’s always something to work towards even after 200h.
Generally it’s assumed that the only people gullible enough to fall for Cybertruck marketing are Elon Musk superfans.
