Big mistake here : Calling change in Paris change in France. Paris metropolitan area is basically its own small world within France, things that happened in Paris usually don’t apply, or at least don’t apply the same, in France.
Living outside of Paris I can tell you we see that there is fast change there and it seems to be for the better in term of city livability. Still, this is still not much spread out into parisian suburbs which always had the worst live conditions.
In other big city, change toward ‘15 minutes’ cities are happening much slower if at all and in towns and rural France the concept non existant.
My group of friends and I rent a bus for our yearly trip. Sometimes with driver, sometimes without when one of has the licence. Where we less, we would rent or borrow a mini-bus. And I’m regularly borrowing and renting vans and cars for trips for just a few.
Personal car ownership can be greatly reduce while still improving personal transportation convenience. Of course, at some point, it might become slightly less convenience for the individual passanger but the benefit for society would still compensate it.
Hey! My first Book was one of those bath book for Babys…
Agree!
Were they even that way? I mean, from as long as I can remember there was quiet and non quiet times, quiet and non quiet spaces in librairies. I’ve never heard of one were it is fully silent all the time. Isn’t that just the case in movies for comedic effect?
Books help keep track of science and share it efficiently but the only knowledge we have is the one we still have when showering.
Add some waffles and I join the project!
Idk how it works in your country but where I am, anyone can access a university library and many students also frequent the public library. So basically, if every library were open late, anyone could go to the library of they choosing.
Thank you. I’ll go look there to see if some people are still interested.
I don’t understand what is funny here. Many university librairies are open until 9 p.m and there is still people at the closing that would stay later. If every librairie were open until 10 p.m or midnight, you can be sure that some people would make use of it.
Monthly clothing budget? Like in new cloths every month?
What is FNB?
But the only way I can think of to get the idea out there that people should share what they grow is to flat-out say, “you should share what you grow”
Have you tried the following?
“That would make great gift!”
“You don’t have to worry about finding present idea!”
“your [insert family member from a different household]/neighbour must love them!”
“I wish I had such a production. I could give some to [insert charity] they always need some.”
“Your friend must love you (^_-)” ~ Ok, that one is a bit rude, but you can reformulate.
People don’t become in one day generous people that are open to give away and share there private property. It happened over time, starting with sharing within the most intimate circle and slowly spreading away until reaching strangers. Something like family>friend>neighbour>college>extended family> local community> anyone that could need it.
You could also mention how they could benefit from being part of community that share and how just a few people starting to share come make it possible.

I love it. It’s not a study plan but more a serie of mini goals that will make you progress if reach them. It is also a very fun way to track your progress.
I love to read books of a certain format from the 70’ for their special smell. I wonder which chemical is at cause.
We should go back to powder. These pods are more than enough detergence for a normal cycle and there is no way to cut it down to smaller portion. I get allergies for not rincing enough my laundry with these and a superb video from technology connexion made me realised that I should use power for dishwasher as well.
Politiburo ? C’est sur Matrix ? ça ne me dit rien.
Isn’t it the same if people dry their clothes out ?
