I was thinking there’s no way he wins. But it’s about the company that sold the CBD claiming 0% thc. Bunch of stuff about RICO which I’m ignorant of. So not about getting fired for the positive test really, except in that he’s saying the cbd company should be liable due to the false advertising on their product?
